Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in managing the complete service experience after a charter sale on the HAUTE Aviation fleet or through sub-chartering. This role involves:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Coordinating all facets of charter flights from initiation to completion.
• Collaborating with team members to meet collective goals.
• Providing after-hours support on evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

 Location:

Your primary workplace will be in our offices in Zug, with potential global travel to aviation events.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• A passion for aviation and an in-depth understanding of the private aviation sector.
• A proven track record in private aviation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and stress management.
• Fluency in German and English (both verbal and written), additional languages are beneficial.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a VIP Flight Attendant.
• Extensive background in luxury service environments, such as 5-star hotels.
• Previous Charter sales experience.
