For our customer, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, we're looking for a



Administrative Specialist 100%

Tasks:

  • Administrative support
  • Planning and coordinating meetings and/or events
  • Travel management
  • Support project and coordination of various activities
  • Key contact for communication and correspondence with internal departments and external contact partners
  • Act as a Team Assistant

Requirements:

  • Commercial degree
  • Min. 3 years work experience in a multicultural environment in and administrative role
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Ability to manage interviews scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Englisch and German
  • Strong MS-Office skills
  • 3-5 years work-experience as an Assistant
  • Pharmaceutical work-experience
  • Flexible, diligent, and diverse

Temporary assignment with an immediate start - duration approx 12 months.
