Manager - Project Controls – Maintenance & Turnaround

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

· Finance and/or Engineering degree. Project Management Professional certification preferred.

· 10+ years’ experience in project controls with multi-site, mega TAR and Maintenance Experience.

· High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Aktivitäten

  • Develop and implement strategic planning for Maintenance and Turnarounds. Ensure alignment with business and facility goals. This is within a Solomon and TotalEnergies benchmark frame enabled by the Long Term and In Year budget planning processes.
  • Owns the continuous improvement for Project Controls and Management via lessons learned from process/tools, performance indicators, and assessments. This includes acting as critical enabler of the 3C++ (cost optimization focus) for Maintenance and Turnarounds.
  • Strengthen the integration of the Capital Projects, Turnaround and Maintenance function’s work processes and capability build.
  • Accountable for project estimation development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for managing financial and schedule risks and opportunities and providing detailed analysis of variances to budget, quarterly plan, and month over month expenditures. Accountable for schedule development and maintenance.
  • Responsible to work closely with management committee members, TAR Manager and Maintenance Superintendents to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling, and project financial processes run smoothly.
