GRUPPENLEITER/IN Surface Treatment

Zweck der Stelle:

Als Gruppenleiter/in arbeiten Sie im Tagesbetrieb und sind verantwortlich zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte für unsere Patienten zu angemessenen Kosten zu liefern. Voraussetzung dazu ist eine abteilungs-übergreifende Zusammenarbeit (z.B. PP&L, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).

Sie sind für den optimalen Einsatz von Personal und Equipment verantwortlich und arbeiten mit den Teammitgliedern eng zusammen, um die Ziele der Abteilung festzulegen, geeignete Messungen zu identifizieren und die Fortschritte in jedem Bereich zu verfolgen.

Sie achten auf die Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen.

Das sind ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Produktionsschicht (inkl. Einstellung, MA-Beurteilung, Personalentwicklung)
• Umsetzen des Produktionsplanes und sicherstellen einer einwandfreien Dokumentation
• Erkennen von Fehlern und Problemen im Prozess und ableiten von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
• Aktive Förderung des Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstseins in der Fertigung durch optimalen Personal- und Betriebsmitteleinsatz nach GMP
• Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen
• Mitarbeit bei internen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in gleicher oder ähnlicher Funktion
• Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung 
• Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)
• Selbstsicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift)
