You will be responsible for various processes regarding accident investigations and measures, running prevention campaigns independently and enhance the safety, health, and business security system. You support your teammates in their diverse daily activities and actively streamline the way of work.

  • Track and process accident notifications and support and drive accident investigations
  • Organize and run accident prevention campaigns
  • Coordinate and support the Safety Officer organisation
  • Create and revise safety and security checklists
  • Process and treat safety and security incidents together with your team
  • Develop statistics and streamline data processes in collaboration with internal interfaces

  • Bacherlor’s Degree or equivalent in health care, psychology, occupational safety, or another related field
  • Strong safety and security mindset and highly trustworthy

  • Willingness to address issues timely, openly and in a constructive way
  • Systematic, analytical, and structured work approach
  • Profound knowledge of MS Teams and other MS Office programs
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
