Johnson & Johnson is seeking an outstanding Finance Manager to join our world-class team in Zug, Switzerland. As a Finance Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and shape the financial activities of our Cilag MedTech organization, the Global Entrepreneur for J&J's Ethicon business. This role offers an exceptional chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the future success of our organization, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow and further develop their careers.

You will work closely with global, cross functional teams to tackle business critical work, ranging from collaborating with various FP&A groups on financial forecasts and reporting to modeling out long-range profitability analytics or addressing foreign currency and tax planning questions for the entity.

To deliver on this, you will be managing a team and working flexibly out of our Zug office (with up to two days of home office weekly), reporting to the Cilag MedTech Senior Finance Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Cilag MedTech financials (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), delivering forecast accuracy and compliant financial reporting across the board. You'll provide Senior Leadership with the required visibility into the Cilag MedTech financials and proactively identify, communicate and address financial risks.

  • Partner closely and share financial expertise with various groups inside and outside of finance. Specifically, close collaboration will be required with groups in Ethicon FP&A, Supply Chain (incl. External Manufacturing), Commercial, R&D and Tax.

  • Drive standardization, automation and effective financial processes as we undergo substantial change. J&J MedTech is currently pursuing various groundbreaking finance projects directly impacting this organization, and you will orchestrate the change to ensure smooth integration of process and system deployments into the organization.

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, driving professional growth, engagement and high performance through effective coaching and a culture of inclusion, openness and honest feedback.

  • Take leadership in the execution of ad hoc (strategic) projects, improvement initiatives and business requests.
