Due to a rapid acceleration across Digital, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead in Site Optimization to help shape the next phase of On's Ecommerce growth journey across the globe. You will aim to continuously measure and refine the site experience for our users across the Digital Marketing activation layer of our flagship, by defining and implementing optimized and friction-less site journeys through rigorous data analysis and creative problem-solving.

With your proven first-hand experience and knowledge of Ecommerce Site Optimization, you will collaborate across a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, driving efforts for our Digital flagship experience. The position is based in one of our Global hubs - either Zürich, Berlin or London.

Your Mission

• Manage key conversion touchpoints and pathways across the Digital Marketing activation layer onsite, ensuring onward journeys are optimized based on performance review and iterative testing
• Harness the power of available data analytics (web and behavioural) to measure and uncover valuable insights across different “site zones”, guiding efforts for Digital Marketing activations, and ensuring every decision is grounded in empirical evidence and business logic
• Design and execute bespoke onsite experiences and journeys that help drive and support our Go-To-Market plans across product and campaign launches to our many diverse audiences and communities
• Act as advisor, challenger and onboarder to our Regional teams on available capabilities within the existing toolkit and play back opportunities for site development to our Digital Product, Engineering and Design teams
• Collaborate with UXR to utilize qualitative feedback in the overall site journey optimization program
• Act as a key stakeholder across Digital, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement to achieve collective success
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, leveraging emerging technologies and innovations to maintain our competitive edge and drive sustained growth
