Your Mission

• Be part of On’s innovation team and work on a novel polymer processing technology, which is just about to be scaled up.
• Design, build and test prototypes, conduct experiments, and iterate designs based on findings in order to improve the process further.
• Define, test, and implement improvements based on process data analysis to ensure production efficiency and long-term improvements.
• Contribute to process development and take ownership of work packages.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of process data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate and plan evaluation of new polymers applied with this novel process.
• Support the production team with your knowledge and help troubleshoot
