CPW headquarter is located in Lausanne Switzerland with around 120 people of various nationalities. Across the world CPW directly employs 4500 staff. "The Power of the Big and Spirit of the Small" is the operating principle of Cereal Partners Worldwide To support CPW's Marketing Department we are actively looking for a Digital Content Marketer. In this role your main responsibilities will to lead the development and delivery of the Nestle Breakfast Cereals content strategy. You will be working closely with the Portfolio team to adapt the NBC communication strategy into a content framework and calendars integrating consumer insight and digital analytics to get to the right plan. You will be also working closely with the content agency to develop the relevant content in line with nutritional guidance and approvals. Key responsibilities Set and achieve annual growth targets including traffic acquisition engagement retention define content strategy for global site. Creation of Content publishing calendar and assets in line with Portfolio Strategy Development in partnership with the Social Manager of the content distribution plan for how content will be leveraged beyond the website Ongoing integration of the NBC SEO guidelines in all content Annual share profit and NNS objectives for CPW brands Education and experience B.S. or B.A. degree MBA preferred in business digital marketing or communications 6+ years of digital experience required with at least 2 in content or site publishing Some marketing experience preferred Ability to manage vast internal and external relationship optimally. Capacity to deal with complex matrix organizations and to thrive within them. CRM Social Marketing experience. Background in budgeting and project management.
