In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the Flamatt site as a

What you will do:

  • Work in close relationship with Legal and Purchasing teams to drive contract quality and coverage ratio to optimal levels
  • Provides expertise and foundational legal support to Purchasing managers and buyers
  • Responsible for being the first level of interface towards suppliers related to contract and compliance topics
  • Develop, implement, and enhance the policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that govern the Procurement operations
  • Ensure Procurement department is compliant to internal audit rules and external market guidelines (e.g., Supply Chain Act, etc.)
  • Develop BI tools and dashboards to support the business strategic requirements
  • Support managers with intelligence reports and analysis to substantiate strategic and operational decisions

What you bring:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, Supply Chain or Data Science (or similar)
  • +5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement and or procurement/purchasing/ supply chain. Previous managerial experience is desired
  • Able to work in an international fast-paced business environment with dynamic priorities and demands
  • Experienced with ERP and office automation software
  • Logistics experience and inventory management, including identifying and implementing best practices
  • Written and spoken English is a must. German is desired
