Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our organization. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that effectively promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns targeting dental professionals to increase awareness, adoption, and loyalty for our dental medical devices.

- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including patient-focused materials, such as educational brochures, user guides, and FAQ sheets, to facilitate patient understanding and utilization of our dental devices.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather product information, clinical evidence, and user feedback, and translate insights into compelling marketing messages and positioning strategies.

- Coordinate the planning and execution of targeted marketing activities, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows, to engage dental professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dental community.

- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to create targeted campaigns that resonate with dental professionals and drive qualified leads for our dental devices.

- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the dental industry, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Support the analysis of marketing campaign performance and KPIs, track ROI, and assist in reporting on results to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing, digital technologies, and industry-specific developments, and leverage insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and innovation.
