Your area of responsibility includes the repair and maintenance of our products for customers
After successful fault analysis, you will order the appropriate spare parts
You will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers (e.g. fitness studios, corporate customers, fire departments, hotels, private customers, etc.) on site and by telephone
You are in close contact with the internal service department, the logistics department and the sales department and work hand in hand with them
Your Profile:
You have completed technical training or already have relevant professional experience, preferably in the fitness industry
You enjoy the technical repair of mechanical equipment and have an independent, reliable and structured way of working
Ideally, you are also familiar with electronic devices, software and network technology
You ensure satisfied customers with your friendly demeanor and convince with a solution-oriented way of working
You live in Lausanne or the surrounding area and have a class B driving license
Your interest in sports and fitness, good English and solid MS Office skills round off your profile
