Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for establishing and developing the planning and scheduling management plans and related process, procedures, division of responsibilities, templates and ensure stakeholders buy in to the relevant process and output.
  • Responsible for defining the relevant stakeholders and consider their interfaces within the work process and schedule, reports, KPIs development
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the Client and working schedules by coordinating with the project team and subsystem project controls team.
  • Support the project team in understanding the project activities and logical sequence.
  • Manage the interface with Civil Partners, EPC and the Client.
  • Responsible for the planning inputs to project Claims and EOT.
  • Issuance of accurate daily, weekly and Monthly Reports and any relevant ad-hoc reports required
  • Provide clear visibility to the relevant team on the project plans, schedule, status and records
  • Analyze Project schedule Data and provide recommendations and recovery options
  • Develop and issue monitoring and Controlling schedule KPIs and produce Data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Provide Root-Cause analysis for issue and trend analysis for different project aspects to anticipate and report any potential risks or opportunities.
  • Maintain project database records and documents.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of process, team skills and knowledge and provide the required training and coaching

Identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objectives.

Provide regular reports and feedback to management on project progress and critical issues.

Organize and lead periodic Project Schedule Sessions,

highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline

Ensure that regular project co-ordination meetings are conducted on the status of the project with specific reference to client, parteners and internal functions.

Ensure all programmes under their control are updated and reviewed in line with the planning procedure / work instruction.

Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share of best practices

MPR and CPR updates for supporting the project Managment

Monthly and weekly reports preparation for internal and to the customer submissions.

Weekly reporting of the Installation and T&C progress status to the Customer and to the internal Management.

Perform site visits on weekly basis or as requireuied.

Collecting the site installation and T&C information from Project site for reporting as and when needed.

Responsible for the preparation and development of EOT claims with the required analysis and schedules.

Required skills:

Demonstrates strong communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others. Strong Negotiation Skills

Excellent communicator, Strong collaboration skills

Strong analytical skills

IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

strong experience with planning tools (Prmavera, Micorsoft project and TILOS)

Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Self-Starter who has the confidence and ability to develop solutions to problems with minimal supervision

Competent in conflict and crisis management

Fluent in English language

Required experience:

10-15 years of Project Planning, scheduling and Monitoring experience in releavent filed/ EPC Projects.

B.tech /BE (Engineering Graduate).

Experience in complex project executions (Rail Projects experience is a plus)
