Your tasks

• Create presentations, reports and dashboards to help the OPEX team make the most appro-priate decisions
• Coordinate agendas and facilitate meetings
• Ensure the smooth flow of information, communication and continuous improvements
• Support Project Implementation in the different locations: generate new content, connect with local HR and leaders
• Project Management: create a clear overview of all projects and ensure the currency of the necessary data, reports controlling cross projects dependencies and deadlines
• Defining a marketing strategy for the department, create and publish content

Your profile

• Student or Bachelors/master’s degree in economics, administration, operations, engineering, or another related field
• Excellent analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Pow-erpoint,Teams, Sharepoint, Mural)
• Knowledge in databases, spreadsheet statistical applications, and design software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable) would be an asset
• Prior administrative work is an advantage
• Good sense of organization and attention to details
• Multitasking attitude
• Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity
• Fluent in English and German
