To support our experienced and well-established Equity team, which manages more than 2 billion CHF, we are looking for a

Graduate – Buy Side Equity Research (12–24 months – starting Aug/Sept 2024)

Job specification

· Perform investment portfolio analysis

· Assist and independently perform quantitative & qualitative analysis of Swiss and European stocks, including fundamental research and stakeholder analysis with a focus on ESG (Ecological, Social and Governance) aspects.

· Prepare client communication materials (e.g. investment reporting and external presentations) regarding market/portfolio performance

· Write special reports, meeting minutes etc.

· Work on specific business and IT-related projects

· Participate in internal and external analyst meetings, on-site company visits, field trips and industry fares

Required profile

· You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and up to 12 months’ work experience

· Good understanding of economics (for graduates of other subjects: high commitment to learn)

· Good organisation and communication skills

· Solution oriented mindset, as well as structured and independent thinking with attention to detail

· Fluency in German and English

· Solid knowledge in use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

· Willingness to learn

· Self-motivated to work on your own and as part of a team
