OFF-ROAD AND HILL CLIMB SPORTING COORDINATOR (Geneva - Switzerland)
Under the authority of the Road Sport Deputy Director / Head of Off-Road Categories, the holder of this position ensures administrative coordination of Rallycross, Autocross, Cross Car and Hill Climb championships, commissions and working groups within these categories.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Coordination of Championships
- Preparation of organisation agreements
- Administrative follow-up of official documents (Supplementary regulations, Bulletins)
- Manage event entry applications and monitor entry lists
- Monitor the insurance documents
- Coordinate, communicate and secure the relationship with the relevant ASN of each event of the Championships
- Coordinate with key contacts at Championships Promoters
Commissions and Working Groups (except TWG)
- Assisting of the Off-Road and Hill Climb Commissions
- Plan, schedule and prepare meetings (Commissions, Working Groups and other meetings) in consultation with the category head
FIA Motorsport Games
- Coordinate the entries, documents and officials for the Off-Road Categories on Motorsport Games
Internal Cooperation
- Cooperate closely with other FIA departments in terms of: technical and safety, administrative support services, travel, assist the prize-giving and trophies ordering with the relevant departments.
Communication / Website coordination
- Updating championship points/classification on the website
- Publishing documents specific to the categories
Officials
- Coordinate and communicate with the FIA officials of the categories he/she is working with
PROFILE:
- Master university degree in Sports Management
- Experience in motorsport or sporting association
- Knowledge or background in Legal
- Interest to expand motorsport in South America
- A strong knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Experience in working with Adobe (PDF, InDesign)
- Excellent English skills and spanish skills (additional proficiency in another European/Asian language is advantageous).
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
