Supply Chain Process Engineer (100%)

Your tasks

  • Manage product availability with internal production and external manufacturers/suppliers.
  • Create and maintain sustainable and trustworthy relationships with all external partners/suppliers.
  • Negotiate and implement product framework & service agreements.
  • Drive and initiate efficiency and cost improvement initiatives along the supply chain.
  • Administer and further develop our ERP & Business Intelligence systems.
  • Track KPI and Backorder.
  • Provide internal/external reporting and statistics.
  • Support new product introduction at suppliers’ sites and QM for quality requirements.
  • Track, evaluate, and rate suppliers.
  • Lead or support projects regarding implementation of new products or creation of initiatives for supply chain, systems, processes, and general improvements.

Your profile

  • Technical diploma, degree in Industrial Engineering (apprenticeship and further education or Diploma/FH), or any equivalent education.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics or production engineering in a regulated industry would be a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with production processes, supply chain, and logistics setups for regulated products and with process requirements, including change management (MedTech is a strong plus).
  • Strong knowledge of technical products and manufacturing.
  • Project management experience.
  • Hands-on personality with strong organizational, negotiating, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must; any other languages are a plus.
