Job opening: Angular 2+ Developer - Sphynx Technology Solutions AG

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular 2+ framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements
  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces that meet user requirements
  • Write clean, modular, and efficient code that adheres to established coding standards
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
  • Debug and resolve issues to ensure the smooth operation of web applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Angular development
  • Participate in the code release and deployment process
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visual designs into web applications

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field;
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5;
  • Deep knowledge of Angular 2+ practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience;
  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Ensuring a clear dependency chain, regarding the app logic as well as the file system;
  • Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback;
  • Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed;
  • Creating custom, general-use modules, and components that extend the elements and modules of core Angular 2+;
  • Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets;
  • Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts;
  • Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks;
  • Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
  • Proficiency in English
