YOUR CHALLENGE

  • ​Employee related Compliance topics Mandates & Secondary Occupations, Gifts & Entertainment and the overarching topic Conflicts of Interest

  • Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the compliance frameworks of the business units Mandates & Secondary Occupations, Gifts & Entertainment and Conflicts of Interest

  • Main contact person of the three topics for employees affected, other internal stakeholder as well as Compliance Officers of other locations

  • Day-to-day business regarding secondary employments, risk assessments, Gifts & Hospitality requests, global alignment, Anti-Bribery and Corruption aspects; general conflicts of interest scenarios and individual cases

  • Execution of regular tasks in the in the areas of responsibility (incl. reviews, employee disclosures, ad-hoc investigations etc.)

  • Responsible for the performance of related Compliance processes

  • Developing/revising and implementation of relevant Compliance policies, procedures and guidelines

  • Implementation and further development of procedures and other processes in the team’s responsibility

  • Targeted further development of the framework

  • Responsible for the execution and reporting of assigned existing controls and adjustment of such as appropriate and necessary

  • Processing breaches of internal policies

  • Surveillance of the regulatory environment/industry standards and implementation of adequate measures if necessary also with regard to industrialisation and digitization topics/projects

  • Supporting of (IT-support) projects in the areas of responsibility and regular calls with other locations for a global improved alignment

  • Preparation of training and communication material and conduction of respective trainings

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in economics or in law/college of higher education (FH) with a corresponding further education (e.g. post-graduate studies in Compliance Management)

  • 2 to 4 years Compliance experience

  • An affinity for IT trends, issues and technical understanding

  • High interest in employee compliance related topics and processes

  • Excellent language skills in English and German (oral and written form)

  • Highly committed person and an excellent team player

  • Discreet and confidential nature, diplomatic and skillful handling and high sense of responsibility

  • Precise, organized and reliable working style
