Your Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-cultural team that is located in various locations to enable them taking the operational responsibility for the procure to pay process (PO management, quality notifications, invoice handling, master data maintenance

• Ensure team is developed, motivated, continuously trained and aligned on tasks

• Development and optimization of purchasing processes in cooperation with strategic and technical procurement and with continuous improvement function (LEAN Office, digitalization & automation of processes, etc.)

• Define, implement and monitor metrics and KPIs of operational procurement activities

• Collaborate with other departments such as production planning, engineering, quality, and sales with global supply chain functions

Your background

• You are an experienced procurement professional, with hands-on experience in an operational procurement, preferably in the energy or engineering industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field or several years of experience in a similar role

• Proven ability to lead teams sustainably through change in complex environments while maintaining high performance attitude

• Intrinsically motivated to collaborate in diverse teams and foster an open, feedback-based atmosphere

• Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and German

• Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office.
