Investment Product Manager (80-100%)

What would your role be?

• Actively contribute to new product innovation and manage product-related projects.
• Oversee the product life cycle, deal with product requests, and take the lead for the launching.
• Cover the investment product management function for our digital investment solution.
• Conduct regular product comparisons across the industry and oversee product definitions for different client segments.
• Provide to the management team information on product penetration, flows, performance, and offer peer comparisons.
• Trigger investment communication measures to drive after-sales excellence.

What are we looking for?

• A university degree in finance, economics, business or similar, CFA is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Wealth Management or in a field related to financial products & services.
• For this role in particular you bring a flair as well as interest for digital investment solutions and are interested to look after our digital offering from an investment product perspective.
• Dedicated investment product expertise, ideally combined with distribution / sales acumen.
• Experience in project work, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• A quick starter who sees the "big picture" and can cope with complex open problems.
• Hands-on and organized working style, ownership mindset to get things done no matter what it takes.
• Keen interest in achieving results as a team and building up an internal network of stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German.
