Job purpose:

Support marketing activities in the oncology sector, ensuring the smooth execution and approval of marketing assets and campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Manage the approval process for marketing materials, including assigning references and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with external agencies to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Liaise with colleagues from various countries to coordinate international marketing efforts and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Digital Specialists, and the Sales team to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates and gather input on ongoing projects.

Who we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in pharma marketing is highly beneficial, with preferred familiarity in Veeva Promomats or similar marketing approval systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a talent for coordination and self-organization.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
