Technical Process Writer (Basel, Hybrid, English, German, Temporary)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical documents for IT and Security policies, SOPs, work instructions, and related training materials
• Work with stakeholders to gather content and develop professional documents using words, workflow diagrams, and other graphical explanations
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and improve technical content
• Support the creation of technical documentation for IT and Security policies, SOPs, work instructions, and related training materials
• Translate documents from English to German

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent English and German language skills (spoken and written)
• All candidates must provide a Criminal record (not older than 3 months)
