Technical Program Manager

You will oversee multiple technical or business projects in software engineering platforms department. You will be working with business and technical stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams in order to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-team projects and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of complex projects/programs to ensure timely deliveries
  • Analyze and manage technical dependencies, ensure technical feasibility
  • Establish the planning and roadmap of projects to meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Coordinate engineering teams, facilitate communication and make sure alignment between all parties involved in projects
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide reporting of project timeline and status to stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Educational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience in software development
  • Experience in managing complex projects/programs
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • PMP certificate or equivalence strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
