Are you passionate about data and tools? Do you have a strong background in sales operations or a similar role? We are currently seeking a Reporting Specialist to join our Sales Department and ensure the development of necessary skills and tools for internal stakeholders to work efficiently.

A Day in the Life of a Reporting Specialist

  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance, activities, and yearly objectives using Power BI.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data environments in Power BI for the Business.
  • Develop and measure KPIs on a yearly and cycle basis.
  • Generate various reports based on specific requests.
  • Customize, adapt, and further develop reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate between the business and IT teams for larger projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Services, Key Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Finance to drive processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in processes.
  • Conduct systematic health checks to ensure data accuracy and provide end-user support.
  • Provide support to the Back-Office and Front-Office teams.

What will make you successful

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree.
  • Operational experience, preferably in Sales or a similar role (e.g. Demand Planning, Customer Service).
  • Passionate about data and tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of German being a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and stress resistance.
