Your responsibilities:

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the global development of a high-performance sales network and contribute to the effective increase in sales growth. This includes the following activities:

  • Budget responsibility and revenue growth through effective budget development and management
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in different locations and markets
  • Selecting and supporting global sales partners and building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Monitoring the international competitive environment to identify differentiation opportunities and position the
  • company
  • Leading negotiations with customers and partners, including contract management
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise market potential
  • Setting clear targets to implement business plans and ensure success
Your qualification:

You have a broad international partner network, particularly in the German-speaking region. Furthermore, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in business development in the high-end segment. Your personality is characterised by a pronounced hands-on mentality that enables you to tackle challenges proactively. The following points complete your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or university
  • Fluency in English and German
