R&D Mechatronics Engineer

As a member of our Product Development department, your role is to design mechatronic systems. Under the responsibility of the CTO, you will be a member of a cross-functional agile team in a close relationship with the Product Managers. Your main tasks:

• Gather market needs with the Product Managers
• Design new products and improve existing ones based on the specifications
• Test and validate the behavior of the new products
• Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure smooth industrialization
• Follow development best practices, including internal documentation

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering in Mechanics or similar topics
• At least 3 years of industrial experience in mechatronic development
• Working skills with CAD applications (e.g., Solidworks)
• Interest in mechatronic systems and basic knowledge of programming and electronics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and continuously evolving environment
• Team player with excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in French and working proficiency in English
