Job Title: Marketing Head Switzerland and Austria – Consumer, Prescription and Aesthetics

Location: Zug (hybrid)

Job Description

Join Galderma as the Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) Marketing Head for Switzerland and Austria and become part of our transformation journey in becoming the world’s leading dermatology company. In this role, you'll drive the development and execution of cross-business marketing initiatives to outperform the markets, ensure brand portfolio growth, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive communication vision/strategy for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Lead and shape a team of marketeers, medical education managers, and sales/marketing coordinators across Switzerland and Austria.
  • Drive development and implementation of business-centric marketing strategies, leveraging Galderma’s IDS, and medical education platforms.
  • Lead efforts for market outperformance and competitive advantages based on deep customer and competitor understanding, while ensuring proper P&L margin development.
  • Manage activities related to product positioning, segmentation, targeting, and branding, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Direct creation and deployment of marketing campaigns to consumers and patients, within compliance guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Marketing experience with people leadership and budget responsibility. Sales/Commercial Operations experience desirable.
  • Experience in Consumer and Aesthetics sectors, with Prescription experience being desirable, preferably in Dermatology.
  • Launch experience in Consumer and Aesthetics sectors is desirable.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen and influencing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German (mandatory), French (desirable).
  • Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, proven learning agility, and a positive attitude.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
  • More than 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
