Your role

As Senior Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank's operational risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team.

Your responsibilities

• Active participation on the Bank's Operational Risk Framework including performance of test of controls and management of new project and topics
• Business Continuity Management and operational resilience framework
• Preparation of reporting to Senior Management

Your profile

• University degree (university / FH) in Finance or Economics
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of BCM, Audit or Operational Risk
• Ability to weight problems and set priorities with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with various stakeholder
• Hands-on mentality and excellent interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to take responsibility with capability to work independently
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English
