YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

• Preparing high quality monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP; Completing FINMA reportings.

• Performing data input in company accounting system to ensure data integrity.

• Participating to the technical accounting.

• Optimizing financial processes such as reconciliation of account, sub-ledger, balance accounts, bank accounts, etc.

• Preparing tax declarations; Manage tax regulations monitoring.

• Assisting with document preparation for internal/external auditors; Addressing auditors’ requests; Contributing to regulatory and compliance projects.

• Supporting various finance and accounting related projects.

• Assisting the Finance team when needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education :

• Certification in accounting (e.g. Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en Finance et Comptabilité or equivalent).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, in a general accounting position

Competencies:

• Fluency in English and French are a must-have, German an advantage.

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, etc..), BO, and of SAP.

• IFRS experience a must-have
