As Technical Trainer - Process Automation (m/f/d) you will be based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' and employees' knowledge and proficiency in automation technologies. You will also contribute to the development of global training guidelines and provide support to our network of automation trainers across different locations.

Your tasks:

[Responsible for preparing and executing professional training, workshops and seminars from the offerings of our GFPS Global Academy in the field of process automation., Supporting the revision, development and implementation of live training, videos and content for e-learning initiatives for process automation training courses, Collaborate in an international network of trainers and training centers. Supporting each other with up-to-date material and best practices., You are in constant communication with your trainer colleagues, other departments and our customers., As a competent trainer, you will look after a wide variety of visitor groups from Switzerland and abroad and let them experience the fascination of GF Piping Systems at first hand.]

Your profile:

[Successfully completed vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field., Proven experience (5+ years) in automation technologies, industrial processes, and control systems, preferably in the field of plastic piping systems., Prior experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually at an industrial company with an international environment, Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner., You are fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus., You have initiative, enthusiasm, organizational skills and have a desire to provide an excellent customer experience., Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and cultures to achieve common goals., Willingness to travel occasionally to different global locations for training purposes (10 - 20%)]
