Z43’s dedicated mission is to expand the knowledge and technology for (i) characterization, optimization, and application of the electromagnetic near-field, (ii) predictive modeling of interactions between physical agents and physiology in complex anatomies, and (iii) medical applications.

We are looking for a smart, energetic and passionate Visual Marketing Specialist who is an engineer at heart and wants to spearhead the branding efforts of our computational platforms.

Your challenges:

• Gain a solid understanding of our computational platforms and their unique application areas
• Translate technical input into compelling visual content, includng videos, infographics, and other multimedia content, for marketing channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, print advertising materials)
• Develop and implement an innovative marketing campaign, working closely with our web, product development and sales teams
• Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions and gain a competitive advantage
• Use analytic tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns leveraging data-driven insights to improve effectiveness

Your strengths:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design
• Proven experience in Visual Marketing
• Engineering is part of your mindset and DNA
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creation of stunning visuals a must
• Solid understanding of web analytics and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with web design principles, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to new (web) technologies and marketing trends
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the highest quality standard of work
• Self-motivation, good organizational and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, friendly personality, and team-spirit
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and to meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to effectively respond to the needs of partners and customers
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), ability to communicate in German is a plus
