Directly reporting to the General Manager Project Execution, the role as Site Manager consists of the following key responsibilities:

 Key Responsibilities   

• Represent Reel Alesa on site for the Client and Contractors 
• Manage the assembly, erecting and commissioning of our machines and systems at our customers side (worldwide)
• Actively ensure that safety is the highest priority on site
• Manage the installation in view of schedule, quality, and cost
• Manage the personnel of subcontractors (multi discipline)
• Claim management
• Site reporting

 Skills & Experience 

• Good English skills (spoken and written), other languages are an advantage
• Open to long term engagements on different sites around the world
• Technical education and experience (mechanical, mechatronic or electrical technician/engineer)
• User of MS-Office applications
• Used to working independently
• Good problem solving and organizational skills, able to achieve goals

You will be travelling on site for this position all year round and will stay on site for several months at a time depending on the duration of the project. For this position you must reside in Switzerland or be willing to relocate to Switzerland.
