Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-sized IT project for the regulatory reporting consolidation in the banking sector based on Axiom Reporting
• Cover Finma, SNB and internal requirements e.g. on capital or liquidity reporting
• Ensure proper data sourcing and proper integration of changes in the data
  model
• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
• Coordination and planning with IT and business teams as well as external vendor
• Ensure quality assurance process of work packages and document deliverables
• Ensure project compliance to governance and standards
• Responsible for successful rollout and handover of solution to the operations organizations
  

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in managing projects with budgets over 1mCHF in classic methodology
• Experience in managing regulatory reporting projects in the financial industry
• Willing and able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Experience in managing external solution providers
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Project management certification
• Fluent in English
