• Responsible (service lead) for setting up and operating the SAP QM service
• Coordination of internal employees and external service providers for the provision of services from the role of service lead
• Responsibility for SAP QM module support incl. customizing
• Advising and supporting our business partners in the context of process-related support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the application landscape
• Active design and development of future application services in close coordination with our business partners
• Standardization and harmonization as well as optimization and further development of our
• system and application landscape and its services in the area of quality management, including SAP S/4 HANA
• Active participation in innovative AMS projects from planning, coordination and implementation to taking over (partial) project management

The position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, and Neuenstadt.

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable
• training
• Many years of professional experience in consulting and application management or in comparable tasks
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of quality management and related logistics processes
• Good knowledge of SAP QM (customizing, debugging, etc.)
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and applications (SAP & non-SAP)
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow (service delivery management) desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as high social competence in dealing with internal customers and external service providers
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented work combined with active teamwork
