The Role

Our Co-Founder & CEO, Chris Monkman is looking for a co-founder to join the team. As a Chief Investment Officer you will play a pivotal role in leading our real estate financing, investment, and asset management process.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Originate JV’s with HNWI’s, Family Offices and Institutions


• Source and manage equity and debt financing


• Lead the acquisition and investment process 


• Lead portfolio asset management & performance


• Financial reporting & modelling


• Compliance and risk management


• Lead a small dynamic team


• Help shape company strategy for growth

What you bring

• 8+ years experience in Real Estate investment/ Asset management/Private Equity/ Finance


• Management experience in leading high performing teams


• Transactional and Asset Management experience 


• Financing and fundraising experience


• Deep knowledge and network within Real Estate


• Drive, ambition, and a bias for action


• A love for numbers, detail oriented, and process driven


• A passion for hospitality, design, and longevity
