What you will do:

• Develop and implement data and analytics strategies, methods and structures to support overall business objectives and serve group-wide data objectives
• Build, Lead and manage a team of up to 5 data analysts and data scientists responsible for data analytics
• Partner with organizational stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop powerful and efficient data solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to data
• Develop and manage budgets and budget structure for data projects

What you bring:

• 5+ years leadership experience in data analytics with strong hands-on experience, including global environment exposure
• Strong knowledge of strategies, concepts and methods in data analytics, big data technologies, data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization
• Deep understanding of data management principles, design and best practices, both cloud-based and on premise
• Proven project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Keen instinct for change management processes and good circumspection for continuous improvement
