Job Title: Brand Manager and Launch Lead Prescription

Location: Zug (hybrid)

Job Description

Galderma is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager and Launch Lead for Prescription brands, with a particular focus on leading the launch readiness program for the biologic Nemolizumab in Switzerland and Austria. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for in-market prescription brands and driving the successful launch of Nemolizumab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies for key in-market prescription brands, aligned with global and regional guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to drive targeted Integrated Dermatology Strategy initiatives.
  • Design and implement market research to identify unmet needs among healthcare professionals and patients, shaping targeted strategies and tactics.
  • Lead the development and execution of the launch strategy for Nemolizumab, gathering market insights and building key opinion leader relationships.
  • Inspire the sales force with the vision and ambition for the launch, organizing and presenting at local sales meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Marketing experience with demonstrated leadership in launch readiness programs, preferably in Dermatology. Sales/Commercial Operations experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen and influencing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, with French being desirable.
  • Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, proven learning agility, and a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
