Customer Service & Export Coordinator (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Mission:

Satisfy our customers with a good follow-up on their files (request, delivery time etc.), reach the turnover fixed by the Management, ensure good coordination and good communication within the department and with other departments within EMS, execute tasks in conformity with the requirements of EMS' quality policy.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities concerning clients within the area of responsibility:

  • Create and manage client files including:
    • Reception of client orders
    • Control of the conformity of the orders
    • Check of feasibility according to the procedure (product)
    • Follow-up and update of the assigned portfolio of clients
    • Follow-up on planned deadlines and update and confirmation of the orders
    • Check and verification of the logistics documents
    • Preparation of transport documents / exportation
    • Invoices, deliveries and updating of the client file
    • Follow-up on consignments
    • Follow-up on client complaints
    • Follow-up on clients' unpaid invoices (reminders)
  • Support for sales organisation:
    • Support Marketing by sending material to congresses
    • Assist the sales team with relevant ad hoc requests
    • Provide information to the EMS address database
    • Establish sales propositions

Competencies description:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Languages Skills : fluent in French and German, B1/B2 level in English
  • Technical Skills in Smartshipper, Microsoft Dynamics & Tares
  • Level of education: master's in international commerce
  • Interpersonal skills: Customer oriented, flexible, reactive & Autonomous
