Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide first-line technical support for users via phone, email and on site for soft- and hardware
  • Installing hardware and commissioning
  • Document and track all support requests in a ticketing system
  • Maintain and update user documentation and knowledge base
  • Support for AO courses and events
  • Collaboration on internal IT projects
  • This position is based in Davos
  • If needed you also support our offices in Dübendorf and Zizers
Job Requirements

 

  • Two or more years of experience in a technical support role
  • Education in information technology, IT apprenticeship or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, Office365 E5 and iOS/MacOS
  • User and service-centric thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good oral and written English and German language skills
  • Readiness to travel
