For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual for the permanent position as

As part of the CX & Digital team, the role consists of the leading part of the JTI CH Digital ecosystem (eCommerce, Websites and more) to engage consumers, deliver the best online experience through the available touchpoints and build leading brands. The key objective is to increase loyalty, advocacy and sales through the relevant channels. The role also includes leading B2C digital campaigns for RMC or RRP brands which ownership is split across CX & Digital team members.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities  

Digital Ecosystem management:

  • Full responsibility for developing, maintaining and leveraging the digital ecosystem to better engage consumers
  • Digital product/solution management in relationship with IT departments and selected agencies
  • New engagement channels, touchpoints & mechanics scouting and assessment
  • Vendor relationship management, budget management and KPIs tracking

Digital campaign management:

  • Communication & activation strategy/mechanism definition and execution
  • Liaising with all team members to ensure perfect execution across touchpoints
  • Ensure execution consistency between on/offline touchpoints
  • Campaign internal communication and point of contact
  • Campaign content & assets creation, agency management
  • Campaign measurement & post analysis

Who are we looking for - Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Marketing or similar
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales and Digital Marketing
  • Solid background in independent project management
  • Affinity to digital technologies
  • Consumer-centric thinking and approach
  • Team player, fast learner, open to learn and start a career in an international company
  • Spoken and written proficiency in German and English, French is a plus
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
