For the team of ultrasound systems we are looking for a dedicated, sales-oriented application specialist with an emphasis on the German- as well as French-speaking part of Switzerland.

What will you be doing?

• Introduction, training and support of our customers in the use of Canon Medical Systems products
• Answering customer application questions and supporting the sales team
• Supporting sales projects and collaborating in sales process workflows
• Independent communication with external parties and customers including correspondence
• Independent coordination of appointments
• Collaboration with data maintenance in the CRM system
• Assistance in the preparation of documents and presentations
• Proactive cooperation with management and participation in special projects

What do you bring?

• A completed education in the healthcare sector, preferably as radiology specialist (MTRA/TRM) or/and experience as application specialist
• An open-minded and communicative personality with a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
• A distinctive sales, customer and service-oriented way of thinking as well as enjoying being in personal contact with customers
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and French, as well as good language skills in English
• Willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
• Proficiency in the most common PC software (MS Office palette). Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
