We're looking for an experienced
Senior Administrative Assistant
who is passionate and confident about working with executive leaders as well as colleagues across a wide network in the organisation.
Senior Administrative Assistant
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• organising internal and external meetings, events, seminars, and visits, including interactions with colleagues at all levels of seniority
• managing and monitoring purchases and expenses
• arranging complex business travels
• effectively interacting with colleagues within and outside of the organisation and across multiple locations and time-zones
• an active part of an administrative community, leveraging know-how and support
• managing the TMo Discovery Forum, the central portfolio governance board in TMo
• covering additional administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis
Must Haves:
• commercial apprenticeship or similar education
• min. 5-8 years professional experience within a pharmaceutical company in administrative tasks including executive support
• resourceful and flexible in problem solving, including dealing with urgent requests
• strong communication skills
• Collaborative & inclusive approach to work
• fluent in English, oral and written
Nice to Have:
• German
• good knowledge of the Google suite and other Roche software
• curiosity about business area & interest to learn about the organisation
The temporary assignment is planed for a period of 10-12 months (maternity cover). Desired start-date 24. July 2023.
