What to expect

• You will be pivotal in our multi-year business and technology transformation program to replace our core insurance systems
• You will be assessing and developing strategies and coordinate the implementation to bridge the gap between legacy and new systems, while maximizing compatibility and efficiency
• You will be acting as the Integration Single Point of Contact, you will identify opportunities to optimize processes and minimize costs while designing sustainable solutions in conjunction with program management, product owners, Subject Matter Experts and IT architects in countries such as Switzerland, Italy, and Spain
• You will be a passionate and resilient change driver facilitating progress throughout the program's lifecycle

The skills you'll bring

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in an environment of similar complexity
• Comprehensive understanding of IT integration, architecture and management of the respective delivery by engaging effectively with peers and management
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement integration strategies for complex, large-scale projects within the finance service industry
• Strong analytical skills, forward-thinking mindset and a keen ability to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and a strong drive to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions
• Fluency in English and German
