The Direct, Digital & Customer Care department is an important sales channel of Zurich Switzerland, providing telephone and digital advisory and sales solutions to ensure that our customers receive the best protection in every situation.

For the Business solutions team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical & Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in managing and optimizing our contact center solutions while bridging the gap between business and IT. You will be responsible for various tasks related to technical project integration, configuration management, and system support. Your coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors will be vital for the smooth operation of our business solutions.

What you will do

• Manage change requests, including gathering requirements and understanding business needs
• Analyze and implement change requests and new features
• Manage flows and routing configurations and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Oversee technical integrations between our contact center solutions and other applications, ensuring seamless integration of systems and APIs
• Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with relevant teams and vendors for issue resolution

What you bring

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs
• Lean certification or demonstrated experience in applying lean principles and mindset
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written), good knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous
