Your Role

Are you a dynamic and proactive HR professional, driven to advance HR services through innovative technology solutions, streamlined processes and enriched Employee Experience?

We're searching for an individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our fantastic team. Someone who's not just passionate about HR, but also has a knack for digitalization and data.

In this crucial role, you'll take charge of the overall HR service delivery, harnessing the power of technology to boost efficiency and drive results. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of HR, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Additionally, you will serve as the deputy to the Head of Group HR and hold a leadership role (for some HR areas functional) within the team as a central hub function.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Service Delivery:
  • Implementing the HR Strategy to ensure the operational delivery of high-quality HR services across the entire group
  • Streamlining HR core processes and ensuring seamless interfaces within the HR Operating Model to optimize efficiency and enhance the user experience
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, while also serving as a sparring partner
  • Managing different service level offerings provided to subsidiaries
  • Technology Management:
  • Improving and implementing technology solutions aligned with the HR Tech Roadmap to support HR Service Delivery and in close collaboration with various stakeholders (HR Leads, IT, Chief of Staff etc.)
  • Collaborating with external service providers and defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on HR technology tools and systems
  • HR Data & People Analytics:
  • Management of HR data and ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Harnessing data analytics to extract valuable insights and guide strategic HR decision-making
  • Developing HR dashboards and reports using Bob software to track key metrics and performance indicators
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR data management and practices. This includes coordination with the CISO and/or General Counsel
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR technology systems and processes
  • Reviewing existing HR core policies and procedures, and introducing additional policies as needed, in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Deputy Head Group HR:
  • Assuming responsibility areas on Group Level
  • Acting as deputy during absences
  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
  • Supporting in M&A endeavors, such as Growth Initiatives
  • Leading or participating in various HR Projects

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • University degree or similar in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR capacity along with project management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with sound ability to analyze and manage needs and requirements
  • Proficiency with HR technology platforms, including HRIS, and Microsoft Excel
  • Pragmatic and resilient personality with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
