They are currently looking for an autonomous and pro active HR Assistant that can start on short notice on 80% or 100% pensum. The company offers 2x / week home office possibilities.

Description

  • Independently managing all administrative tasks throughout the HR lifecycle (e.g., contracts, addendums, references, agreements)
  • Serving as the primary contact for HR administrative inquiries from employees and leaders, including permits, social insurances, and tax matters
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in Oracle
  • Handling all registrations, changes, and terminations related to social insurance, and liaising with insurers and authorities
  • Managing training schedules independently
  • Conducting onboarding sessions
  • Handling work permits for both new hires and existing staff
  • Coordinating monthly payroll with an external provider
  • Streamlining and digitizing HR processes
  • Offering administrative and organizational support to HR Business Partners

Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, accompanied by a qualification as an HR Assistant
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR services
  • Thorough understanding of Swiss labor law and social insurance systems
  • Prior experience with an external payroll provider is beneficial
  • Demonstrated affinity for IT and a keen interest in exploring new media and tools
  • Readiness to challenge conventional methods and a strong drive to autonomously improve processes and workflows
  • Ability to grasp complex relationships, coupled with a sense of accountability for fostering positive business outcomes, and a proactive, independent approach to work
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, adept problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written
