Global Back Office Operations Controller 80-100%

In this challenging and versatile cross-functional role you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

  • Manage the GBO Assistant to ensure ownership of operational tasks, such as:
    • Book and support key meetings
    • Ensure structured governance meetings by supporting with taking minutes of meetings
    • Monitor GBO headcount and cost against plan
    • Track the transformation progress of the GBO and report in Intrum’s Transformation Tool
  • Own and drive key strategic activities around:
    • Facilitation and finalization of the GBO budget
    • Create presentations for GBO Director for e.g., business review sessions
    • Oversee progress of key projects within the GBO
    • Own global GBO SLA creation, reviews and updates
    • Lead vendor management topics focused on the GBO, e.g., outsourcing provider
  • Communicate and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the GBO and other Intrum functions to achieve strategic objectives
  • Actively promote employee engagement and drive Intrum employee value proposition
  • Ensure policies are kept relevant and communicated effectively to all relevant markets
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks, including liaising and support Group Risk in relation to operational risk management activities
  • Promote, adhere, and maintain information security measures in line with Group policy
  • Own and keep the GBO Communication Library up to date

 

We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented, motivated and independent personality with a strong sense of quality, who also brings the following qualities:

  • Commercial education
  • Professional experience in the field of assistance would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German (written and oral)
  • You have a flair for numbers
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • You are open to travel within the Intrum Group
