What you will do

• Configure and integrate the Genesys voice platform to meet client requirements
• Create technical specification documents and develop source code to deliver customized solutions
• Prepare unit tests, integration test plans, and manage releases
• Take ownership of system integrations, as well as the maintenance and support of contact center components
• Utilize your expertise in historical and real-time reporting to provide valuable insights

Requirements

• As a subject matter expert, possess at least 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Engage on-prem
• Have a solid understanding of Genesys version 8.x, Genesys SIP Server, and GVP. Integration experience with Cisco TServer is a plus. Familiarity with IRD Routing Strategy development for voice and async channels such as email
• Possess knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration
• Familiarity with eServices and/or iWD is highly desired
• Have experience with Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, Workspace Desktop Edition, and Workforce Optimization
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of architecture, design solutions, security principles, and network/communications platforms
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE programming is a plus
• German language skills are a significant advantage
