As Key Account Manager, you are a Coca-Cola Hellenic Ambassador. You put customers at the core of all sales activities to ensure customers satisfaction and growth to become the leading 24/7 beverage partner. You are responsible for the development of our local Out of Home accounts and Wholesalers to generate sustainable and profitable growth for the specific portfolio. You define and implement all sales, marketing and development activities taking into account the business unit's strategy and local market conditions. You secure revenue and volume growth on your assigned customer portfolio, establish a preferred partnership with local Wholesaler while excelling in outlet activation execution to drive CCHBC shares in end outlets. At same time being a partner to your customers and constantly improving customer service quality to drive customer satisfaction.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with your customers 
•Creating and implementing the annual account budget plan for the allocated customer portfolio based on a clear strategic business plan 
•Responsibility for Volume & P&L of the customer portfolio
•Developing, implementing and reviewing the business plans of the assigned customers in cooperation with your Line Manager 
•Analyzing and exploiting customer potential and sell in / sell out results to increase profitability and sustainable growth
•Conducting contract negotiations with customers on products and services; developing and calculating offers
•Analyze, interpret, and document customer, market, and competitor developments to anticipate future customer portfolio impacts, share it with internal divisions and take action
•Developing and initiating sales and marketing activities and promotions together with customers and internal departments
•Preparation of forecasts for new products and sales promotion measures
•Managing and developing the allocated customer portfolio
•Monitoring and permanent optimization of sustainable cost development within the portfolio
•Preparation of regular reports and deviation analyses and taking actions in the event of deviations
 
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
•You hold a completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH) or similar higher education in sales and marketing.
•You have several years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years required.
•You have professional sales experience in highly service-driven industries such as catering, retail, consumer goods, hotel industry, or tourism.
•You take ownership with a proactive attitude.
•You demonstrate financial and analytical acumen.
•You possess interpersonal savvy, along with customer and category planning skills.
•You excel in operational excellence and negotiation.
•You have experience in outlet activation and building effective cross-functional relationships.
•You are proficient in processing tasks efficiently.
•You reside in the area but are open to relocating to other regions within CCHBC BU.
•You hold a valid driving license (Cat B).
•You have profound MS Office skills, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
•You are at a German mother tongue level, fluent in English, and have basic knowledge of French.
